1. first, go to your dashboard and login your WordPress admin panel.

2. now go to plugin and click add new.

3. now search plugin, SMTP.

4. now, you find wp-mail SMTP plugin.

5. now install the plugin and click active.

6. now, go to wp-mail SMTP and click settings.

7. now settings your email, from which email address you want to send the email.

8. now provide a company name or blog name in the from name tab.

9. now click other SMTP on your mailer tab.

10. now login your cpanel and follow the email SMTP setting.

11. login cpanel and click email accounts.

12. now choose the email address you want to use.

13. now click check email.

14. now click your email address top right side in your webmail.

15. now click config mail client.

16. now follow mail client manual settings secure SSL.

17. now copy the outgoing address on your WordPress SMTP host.

18. now click SSL on encryption tab.

29. now provide your server SMTP port in WordPress SMTP Port.

20. now turn on authentication.

21. now provide your email address on SMTP username.

22. now provide your email password in SMTP Password.

23. now click save Settings.

25. now click the email test.

26. now provide your any email address and click send mail.
