Why partner with HostAccent

A hosting affiliate programme designed around useful recommendations

Successful affiliate growth starts with audience fit. HostAccent gives partners multiple hosting paths to recommend without forcing every visitor into the same product.

01

Commission terms in one place

Referrals are tracked in the HostAccent client area, where the current approval, balance and payout information remains tied to your account.

02

Something you can recommend honestly

Send people to plans with visible limits and renewal information, then explain why the service fits the project. Your audience's trust matters more than one click.

03

Support your referrals can reach

The people you refer arrive at detailed product pages and can contact support directly, so a recommendation does not turn into an unlimited support promise from you.

Products you can introduce

Match the hosting solution to the visitor—not the other way around

Use these product pages as research destinations when creating comparisons, tutorials, migration guides, and client recommendations.

How it works

From client account to an approved referral

The workflow is straightforward, but trust and compliance matter at every stage.

Who the programme is for

Built for agencies, freelancers, educators and tech creators

You do not need a generic coupon website. The strongest fit is a partner who already helps people make website, hosting, or infrastructure decisions.

Freelance web developers

You already pick the hosting for every client site you build. Earn on the decision you were making anyway.

Agencies and IT firms

Recommend infrastructure to business clients and keep a recurring line rather than a one-off setup fee.

Technical writers and video creators

Explain hosting, cPanel and WordPress in the language and format your audience already understands.

Trainers and course sellers

Students on a web development or freelancing course need hosting the week they start building.

Programme transparency

Live commercial terms belong in the live affiliate area

Commission structures and operational terms can change. Instead of publishing a number here that may become inaccurate, HostAccent keeps the current account-level information where affiliates manage their activity.

Promote with the original linkAffiliate links must not be masked, hidden, or modified, and promotion must not involve spam or platform-rule violations.

Affiliate programme FAQ

Questions partners ask before joining

Clear answers about tracking, programme terms, promotion, and responsible affiliate practice.

How do I join the affiliate programme?

Create or sign in to your HostAccent client area and open the affiliate section. There is no fee and no minimum audience size. You get a referral link straight away and can see activity against it from the same account.

How do affiliate payouts work?

The authenticated affiliate area and team confirm the current payout method, currency, minimum balance and timing for your account. Check those live terms before planning around a particular method.

What commission do I earn?

Commission depends on the product and the plan term, so the affiliate area shows the current rate rather than a single headline number. Longer billing terms carry more because the account is more likely to stay.

Which product should I recommend?

For many ordinary websites, shared or WordPress hosting is the honest recommendation. VPS and dedicated servers only suit customers who need and can operate them—sending someone to an unsuitable service creates a refund, not a useful commission.

How are referrals tracked?

Through the referral link issued in your client area. If someone clicks it and later orders, the order is attributed to your account. Check the affiliate area for the current cookie window rather than assuming it is unlimited.

When does a commission get approved?

After the referred order has been paid and has passed the refund period, since a refunded order is not a sale. Fraudulent or self-referred orders are not approved.

Can I refer my own hosting, or my company's?

No. Self-referrals and orders for your own business do not qualify. If you want a discount on your own hosting, ask us about that directly instead — it is a separate conversation and a legitimate one.

Can I run Facebook or Google ads on the HostAccent brand?

Bidding on the HostAccent brand name is not permitted, because it competes with our own advertising for people already looking for us. Advertising your own content — a comparison, a tutorial, a review — is fine.

Can I shorten my affiliate link?

A normal link shortener is fine. Cloaking that hides where the link goes, or redirect chains that strip the referral parameter, are not — the second one usually just loses you the commission anyway.

Do I have to tell my audience the link earns me money?

Yes, and it is in your interest. An audience that discovers an undisclosed commercial relationship stops trusting the recommendation, and that trust is the asset you are building.

Can my affiliate account be closed?

Yes, for self-referrals, misleading claims, spam, brand bidding, or promotion that breaks a platform's own rules. We tell you the reason. Genuine mistakes are usually a conversation before anything else.
